There were several employees standing around in a little huddle talking and more or less arguing over who was going to help me. They literally just stood there and never did approach the front counter. I left, called and the guy who answered laughed at the fact I was calling in to address my concern. Love the food but the customer service leaves me not caring if I ever return to eat. It's been a year since this took place and when I start to want some KFC I instantly remember how poor their service was and I go elsewhere.October 11, 2016
